Blackjack Stratagy

Whether you are a newcomer to the game or you have been playing for many years, one of the best things that you can arm yourself with is a good strong Blackjack Stratagy. For example before you go in to play Blackjack you should have a stratagy set in place, and stick to one at a time, if you try to play more than one at a time you will end up losing in the end. First of all your decision of whether you want to fold, hit or stand should not be totally based on what you have in your hand. Just because your hand might not be what you want it to be doesn’t mean that you should take a hit, or fold. What you have to take into consideration is what the dealer’s upcard is. If you think that the dealer has a very bad hand then the best stratagy would be to keep you hand and play it out. So if your hand equals out to be anywhere from a 17 to a 21 then you should play no matter what the dealer is showing because, they always have to hit until they get to a certain point, which sometimes makes them bust so your odds of winning are good.

Now on the other hand, if your hand is a 13 - 16 and the dealer has anything over a 6 showing you should hit because they have the better chance to win. Now one of the hardest hands to play in this game is a 12 if you have a 12 it is almost always a good idea to hit, unless the dealer has a 4-6, otherwise hit, you might bust but it is better to try to beat the dealer. You also need to know what the difference between a soft hand and a hard hand are. If you have an Ace in your hand you have what is called a soft hand, which means that you can have a total of one of two numbers because the Ace can be counted as a 1 or an 11. Now if you don’t have an Ace in your hand then you have a hard hand. In this Blackjack Stratagy, you will find that you also need to decide when to split and when to double down. A lot of the time you shouldn’t split but if you have a ten value card, or and Ace you should always split because the odds are that you are going to end up with two winning hands over one, which is twice the win. Following this Blackjack Stratagy will help you to make your every game endeavor all the more better. The more you know about the game that you are playing, and know how to play it the better the chances are that you are going to walk away a winner. All you have to do is pay attention to what you are doing, slow down and look at your cards and the dealer’s cards (because he is the only person you are playing against) and make your decisions wisely.
