Blackjack Card Counting

Because online casinos shuffle the cards between hands it is not worthwile to study this subject if you only play blackjack at online casinos. There are no swings in the probabilities of certain card combinations and the blackjack card counting opportunities never arise.

If you also enjoy to play blackjack at land based casinos (the atmosphere can be fantastic!). In a few lines I will introduce you to the basic principles behind blackjack card counting.

The principle behind card counting is that a deck with a high percentage of Aces and 10's is good for the player bad for the dealer.

Here we will tap into the art of card counting. First thing that comes to mind about this, is how a player counts cards in the game of Blackjack. There are a number of ways this is done with some good techniques that have been invented and a long pain staking research by the best players. We'll cover one of the best techniques that I have found to be worthwhile and profitable. The first I would like to show you is called the casual play or counting. I find this the best for most people because you do not have to be a mathematical wiz to take full advantage of the game . Casual card counting doesn't take a lot of concentration or mathematical calculations, and demands very little of your memory.

We already know that a deck rich in face cards is an advantage to the player. All you need to do is casually observe the flow of cards coming out of a deck . For example, if we are playing a multiple deck shoe and after a few hands we observe that very few face cards or aces were played .You then have a situation where the next hand will probably be good for the player. Thus, you increase your bet.

The whole key to this system is to look for extremes. The absence or predominance of exposed high cards is easily noticeable by casual observation. Often you will play several hands where the mix of face cards and low value cards are relatively even. But when you see a noticeable absence of high value cards you should increase your next wager. Casual card counting is something you should always do as the first card counting system and the best as far as I am concerned. It won't guarantee that your cards are winners for you on every hand, but it will give you a slight advantage.

Casual card counting is something you should always do as the first Line card counting system It won't guarantee winners for you on every hand, but it will give you a slight advantage. Let us us talk about a couple of myths about card counting . Card counters do not memorize every card they have seen dealt out of a deck. Card counting also does not allow a player to magically know what card will be dealt out of the deck, but a good player can figure the odds of what cards might come by watching his game very close. As a blackjack player for years, I strongly advise you to use what I say and play as many games as you can. Put what I have said to the test. You can do this for fun on any good online casino, most offer free games to play do so, play for fun first. Then play for real, this way you can sharpen your skills, with out killing your bankroll.

Personally I find it much more relevant to play the cards right!

In the mean time if you prefer online casinos I recommend the strategy cards you will find on this website and enjoy better and more profitabel blackjack.
